REVEALING REALITY AND COMMITMENT: SOCIALIZATION ACTIVITIES AND MULTI-STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION IN THE RECLAMATION PLOT OF PETI GOA BOMA, BENGKAYANG AND THE SIGNING OF A COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE, TANJUNGPURA UNIVERSITY

The first week of August 2023 YSDK is active, namely:

1. Socialization of the results of the study of mercury and lead content in soil, plants, water, microbes, and fish at the site of the land reclamation plot of former unlicensed gold mining (PETI) in Goa Boma village, Monterado District, Bengkayang Regency. The survey was conducted by a joint team from FAPERTA UNTAN, the Faculty of Fisheries UMP, BSIP West Kalimantan, West Kalimantan Plantation and Livestock Service, West Kalimantan Research and Development Agency. Socialization activities were attended by the people of Goa Boma, Monterado, Sub-District Monterado, Head of PMD Bengkayang.

2. The visit of students of the National Real Work Lecture to the location of the land reclamation plot of the former gold mining without permission (PETI) in Goa Boma village, Monterado District, Bengkayang Regency.

3. A visit to the Grass Track in the village of Monterado managed by BUMDes Monterado.

4. The Signing of a Cooperation Agreement on Education, Research, Community Service, Human Resource Improvement, Governance and Innovation Development and the Implementation Plan of Activities on the Implementation of the Independent Campus Learning Program (MBKM) with the Faculty of Agriculture, Tanjungpura University (UNTAN) Pontianak after Joint Understanding (MoU) between Tanjungpura University and the Swadaya Dian Khatulistiwa Foundation (YSDK) Pontianak.
