YSDK management refers to Law no. 16 of 2001 concerning Foundations with changes that occurred in this law as well as Government Regulations such as Law number 28 of 2004, Government Regulation Number 63 of 2008 concerning Implementation of the Foundation Law, Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 5 2014 concerning Ratification of Foundation Legal Entities.
