The YSDK Director is active in the last week of July 2023, giving encouragement to the BUMDes team and the YSDK Gender Team in business management training activities for village-owned Enterprise (BUMDes) managers and exchanging ideas with the leaders of institutions or parties in Bengkayang such as the BPN-ATR Office, the Cooperative and SME Office, the PMD Office, the Shanti Bhuana Institute (ISB) in order to strengthen the synergistic cooperation for Bengkayang Mantap. One of the agendas for exchanging opinions with the Chancellor and the Shanti Buana Institute Team is a gender assessment plan that is packaged through workshops, surveys and seminars. Meanwhile, Mr. Hatta Siswa Mahyaya shared knowledge with BUMDes managers about the preparation of SWOT-based business strategies (Strongth, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats).
